  • When is the order cut-off time?
    Orders close at 10 am daily for the same-day delivery. Orders received after 10 am will automatically scheduled for the next day. Sunday is our weekly off-day.
  • How to cancel the order
    Order cancellation is available before the order deadline. After the order deadline, order cancellation is not possible.
  • When are the holidays?
    Delivery is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders are still accepted through the website.
  • What is the payment method?
    "Bitchan" provides most payment methods. Credit card-International, Indian (Please pay when visiting the delivery person.) Paytm (Please scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt.)   • How is the exchange rate calculated when paying with a Korean account? (Only for Korean customer)

  • When can I receive the product?
    The daily order cut-off time is 10 AM , and delivery is made between 3-6 PM on the same day . If you order after 10 am, it will be delivered the next day. However, since we are closed on Sundays, if you order between 10 AM on Saturday and 10 AM on Monday, it will be delivered on Monday afternoon.
  • Is delivery possible at the desired time?
    When ordering, we offer two delivery time options. You can choose the time you want. 1st: 6:30-7:30 delivery 2nd : 7:30-9:00 delivery Please note that you can choose the delivery date you want within 2-3 days.
  • What are the shipping areas?
    We deliver every morning to all areas of Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Greater Noida.
  • Are exchanges and refunds possible due to simple change of mind?
    Exchanges and refunds due to simple change of mind are not allowed.
  • The product is defective and I would like to exchange it.
    If there is a defect in the delivered product, please contact us and the delivery driver will re-delivery the new product the next day. At the same time, you can hand over the defective product to the delivery driver.
  • The product is defective and I would like a refund.
    If a product is found to be defective, please request a refund along with a photograph of proof, and the delivery driver will process the refund after completing the collection of the product the next day.
